We ship Australia Wide and offer Free local delivery on orders over $99 (please check our local delivery FAQ page for more information). To ensure you receive your order promptly please make sure you provide us with your correct delivery address and contact phone number so we can contact you if there are any issues. All of our orders are shipped from Winmalee, Blue Mountains.

Where Do You Deliver?

We offer FREE Same Day Delivery to our local Blue Mountains/Western Sydney area on orders over $99. Please refer to our local delivery zoning map and postcode coverage page.

When Do You Deliver?

We will deliver to your salon Monday/Wednesday/Friday within our zoning area if your order is placed before 10am.

Deliveries will take place between 10am-5pm Monday/Wednesday/Friday. You will be sent a message on delivery day with an approximate arrival time.

If no one is available at the time of delivery we will leave your package in the safest place available. ALM Beauty Co. takes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages once delivered.

If you need your order urgently please email us ASAP at hello@almbeautycosupplies.com with the subject line quoting "URGENT" and we will do our best to make your delivery a priority.

What Happens If I Miss The 10AM Cut Off Time But I Need My Order Urgently?

If you have missed the cut off time please send us an email before 12pm at hello@almbeautycosupplies.com with the heading "URGENT" and we will do our best to assist with your order.

Do You Deliver To Home Salons?

Yes we deliver to both home salons and commercial spaces.

What Happens If You Have Entered The Wrong Address? 

Please email us ASAP at hello@almbeautycosupplies.com and make sure you enter ‘Urgent: Change wrong address’ in the subject line.

If you email us with a change of shipping address please keep in mind that your order may already have been dispatched, so be as careful as possible to provide the correct information when placing your order. 

How To Track Your Shipping Order?

Tracking will be provided for all shipping orders, you will be sent an email once your order is dispatched (please also check the junk/spam folder).
