The Eyebrow pre-smoother is specifically used to prepare the eyebrow and soften coarse hair prior to brow lamination (15ml). By using pre-smoother solution you can also achieve better skin staining due to the penetration of the composition directly into the hairs.

Apply with a micro applicator or lip wand for 2-4 min max. Remove with dry cotton pad and apply Permanent Gel (Solution n.1).
